Sometimes the career choices we have made do not quite work out the way we planned. There are times when we need to refocus, develop new skills, and move in a new direction. Agriculturalists will fuse together (graft) two plants to promote growth. In the same way we, too, can keep the skills we already possess and graft on new ones.
